How do I check my order status?
We will send you an email with order status details.
How do I cancel my order?
Once placed, your order is processed right away. For that reason, it's possible -- depending on how much time has elapsed since you placed your order -- that we've already shipped the product to you. In that case, you may need to return it to us.

We have a highly automated and efficient inventory, shipping and delivery system. For more details, please contact your Getmobile account manager.
Returns
What is the return policy?
Please contact Getmobile Canada Customer Relations at 647.374.4884 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning your product.
This will expedite and help ensure the proper action or credit upon processing. In order to expedite a return, please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number: Customer number, invoice number, serial number, reason for return, action to take (replacement/repair/credit) and whether the box has been opened or is manufacturer sealed. Please return all products 100% complete including all original manufacturer boxes with the UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete.
Getmobile Canada will issue pre-paid waybills for all authorized returns. Should the customer choose to use their own courier to return the approved item(s) the customer is responsible for the charges incurred, and for all risk of loss or damage to the shipment.
If using a different shipment method then the pre-paid waybill provided, the customer is responsible for all loss and damage to the products being shipped for return. Please fully insure return shipment in case damage or loss. Please use a courier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as Purolator, UPS or Federal Express. Return privileges vary by manufacturer.
Failure to return a product within the applicable return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
